قال: "ولا يعطي أجرة الجزار من الأضحية" لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام لعلي رضي الله عنه : "تصدق بجلالها وخطامها ولا تعط أجر الجزار منها شيئا" والنهي عنه نهي عن البيع أيضا لأنه في معنى البيع.
