وَلَو شرب الْكَلْب من دم الصَّيْد وَلم يَأْكُل مِنْهُ أكل

قال: "ولو شرب الكلب من دم الصيد ولم يأكل منه أكل" ؛ لأنه ممسك للصيد عليه، وهذا من غاية علمه حيث شرب ما لا يصلح لصاحبه وأمسك عليه ما يصلح له.
