"ولو أخذ الكلب صيدا فقتله ثم أخذ آخر فقتله وقد أرسله صاحبه أكلا جميعا" ؛ لأن الإرسال قائم لم ينقطع، وهو بمنزلة ما لو رمى سهما إلى صيد فأصابه وأصاب آخر.
