قال: "ولو أرسل بازيه المعلم على صيد فوقع على شيء ثم اتبع الصيد فأخذه وقتله فإنه يؤكل" وهذا إذا لم يمكث زمانا طويلا للاستراحة، وإنما مكث ساعة للتمكين لما بيناه في الكلب.
