وَإِن رهن رجلَانِ بدين عَلَيْهِمَا رجلا رهنا وَاحِدًا فَهُوَ جَائِز وَالرَّهْن رهن بِكُل الدّين فللمرتهن أَن يمسِكهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِي جَمِيع الدّين

قال: "وإن رهن رجلان بدين عليهما رجلا رهنا واحدا فهو جائز والرهن رهن بكل الدين، وللمرتهن أن يمسكه حتى يستوفي جميع الدين" ؛ لأن قبض الرهن يحصل في الكل من غير شيوع
