"والدية مغلظة على العاقلة" والأصل أن كل دية وجبت بالقتل ابتداء لا بمعنى يحدث من بعد فهي على العاقلة اعتبارا بالخطأ، وتجب في ثلاث سنين لقضية عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه ، وتجب مغلظة، وسنبين صفة التغليظ من بعد إن شاء الله تعالى
