وَيتَعَلَّق بِهِ حرمَان الْمِيرَاث

"ويتعلق به حرمان الميراث" ؛ لأنه جزاء القتل، والشبهة تؤثر في سقوط القصاص دون حرمان الميراث ومالك وإن أنكر معرفة شبه العمد فالحجة عليه ما أسلفناه.
