وَإِذا اسْتَأْجر أَجِيرا ليبني لَهُ فِي فنَاء حانوته فتعقل بِهِ إِنْسَان بعد فَرَاغه من الْعَمَل فَمَاتَ يجب الضَّمَان على الْآمِر اسْتِحْسَانًا
