قال: "ويجوز للموصي الرجوع عن الوصية" لأنه تبرع لم يتم فجاز الرجوع عنه كالهبة وقد حققناه في كتاب الهبة، ولأن القبول يتوقف على الموت والإيجاب يصح إبطاله قبل القبول كما في البيع.
