"ولا يأخذ المصدق خيار المال ولا رذالته ويأخذ الوسط" لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام "لا تأخذوا من حزرات أموال الناس أي كرائمها وخذوا من حواشي أموالهم" أي أوساطها ولأن فيه نظرا من الجانبين.
