"وليس فيما دون أربعة مثاقيل صدقة" عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله ، وعندهما تجب بحساب ذلك وهي مسألة الكسور وكل دينار عشرة دراهم في الشرع فيكون أربعة مثاقيل في هذا كأربعين درهما.
