"ويأخذ الحصى من أي موضع شاء إلا من عند الجمرة فإن ذلك يكره" لأن ما عندها من الحصى مردود هكذا جاء في الأثر فيتشاءم به ومع هذا لو فعل أجزأه لوجود فعل الرمي
