(وإذا أراد البائع الإخبار بثمن السلعة وكانت) السلعة (بحالها لم تتغير) بزيادة ولا نقص (أو) كانت (زادت زيادة متَّصلة كَسِمَن، وتعلُّم صنعة، أخبر بثمنها) الذي اشتراها به (سواء غَلَت أو رخُصت) لأنه إنما أخبر بما اشتراها به لا بقيمتها الآن.
