(ولو اشترى) شخص (نصفَ شيء بعشرة، واشترى غيرُه باقيَه بعشرين، ثم باعاه مرابحة، أو مواضعة، أو توليةً صفقةً واحدة، فالثمن لهما بالتساوي) لأن الثمن عِوض المبيع، فكان على قَدْر ملكيهما (كمساومة) أي: كما لو باعاه مساومة،
