(وما قَبضُه شرطٌ لصحة عقده، كصرف وسَلَمَ) وربوي بربوي (لا يصح تصرُّفُ) من صار إليه أحد العوضين (فيه قبل قبضه) لأنه لم يتم الملك فيه، أشبه التصرُّف في ملك غيره.
