(ولو قال) البائع للمشتري: (اكْتَلْ من هذه الصُّبْرة قَدْر حقك، ففعل) المشتري، بأن اكتال منها قَدْر حقه (صح) القبض لصحة استنابة من عليه الحق للمستحق، كما تقدم (ويأتي لذلك تتمة آخر السَّلَم) مفصلة.
