(و (١) ما كان من العوضين) أي: المبيع والثمن (متميزًا لا يحتاج إلى كَيْلٍ ووزن ونحوهما) كعدٍّ، وذرع، كهذا العبد، أو هذه الصُّبْرة (فعلى المشتري مؤنته؛ لأنه كمقبوض) كما تقدم.
