(و) تصح الإقالة (من مضارب، وشريكِ تجارةٍ) سواء كانت شركة عنان أو وجوه (بغير إذن) شريكه (فيما اشتراه) شريكه (لظهور المصلحة) فيها (كما يملك) المضارب ونحوه (الفسخَ بالخيار) لعيب أو نحوه.
