(وهي) أي: الإقالة (فَسْخٌ) للعقد لا بيع؛ لأنها عبارة عن الرفع والإزالة. يقال: أقالك الله عثرتك، أي: أزالها. وبدليل جوازها في السَّلَم مع إجماعهم على المنع من بيعه قبل قبضه.
