كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وهو) أي: بيع المُحاقلة (بيعُ الحبّ المشتدّ في سنبله بحبٍّ من جنسه) لأن الحب إذا بِيع بجنسه لا يُعلم مقداره بالكيل، والجهل بالتساوي كالعلم بالتفاضل.

والمُحاقلة: من الحقل، وهو الزرع إذا تشعَّب قبل أن تغلظ سوقه.
