(ويلزمه نقلها) أي: نقل الحجارة المودعة فيها للنقل ، ونقل الآجُر غير المبني (وتسوية الأرض، وإصلاح الحُفَر) لأن عليه تسليم المبيع تامًّا، ولا يمكن إلا بذلك، فوجب.
