(فإن طالت مدة نقله) أي: المتاع (عُرفًا. ونَقَلَ) وصوابه: "وقيَّده" كما في "الإِنصاف" (جماعةٌ) منهم صاحب "الرعاية الكبرى" (فوق ثلاثة أيام، فـ) هو (عيب) يثبت به للمشتري الخيار إن لم يُعلِمه به.
