(فإن قال: بعتُك هذه الأرض (١) وثلث بنائها، أو) بعتُك هذه الأرض (وثلث غراسها ونحوه) كالربع (لم يدخل في البيع) من البناء والغراس (إلا الجزء المُسمَّى) لقرينة العطف.
