(ولا يدخل منبتها من الأرض) تبعًا لها؛ لأن اللفظ قاصر عنه، والمغرس أصل، فلا يكون تبعًا (بل يكون له) أي: للمشتري (حق الانتفاع في الأرض) النابتة بها
