(وإن لم يُرد به الدوام) في الأرض (بل) أُريد به (النقل) منها (إلى موضع آخر ويُسمَّى الشتل، أو كان أصله لا يبقى في الأرض) كبذر البُرِّ ونحوه (فكزرع) فهو للبائع ونحوه.
