(إلا في الشجرة الواحدة) إذا تشقَّق بعضُ طَلعِها، أو ظهر بعض ثمرها (فالكل) أي: جميع ثمرها (لبائع) ونحوه؛ إلحاقًا لما لم يتشقق، أو لم يظهر بما تشقق، أو ظهر منها .
