كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(إلا أن يبيعه) أي: القثاء ونحوه (مع أصله) فيصح؛ لأنه إذن تبعٌ للأصل، أشبه الحَمل مع أمه وأُسَّ الحائط معه (ولو لم تُبَع معه أرضه) كالثمر إذا بيع في الشجر.
