(ومتى كان جوزه ضعيفًا رطبًا لم يقوَ) أي: يشتدَّ (ما فيه، لم يصح بيعه) كالزرع الأخضر (إلا بشرط القطع) فى الحال (كالزرع الأخضر) لما تقدم.
