(ولو أفرز ما لم يبدُ صلاحه) من البستان (مما بدا صلاحه، وباعه) أي: ما لم يبدُ صلاحه (لم يصح) البيع لحديث النهي السابق وإنما صح بيعه مع ما بدا صلاحه تبعًا له.
