(وإذا اشتدَّ بعض حبِّ الزرع جار بيع جميع ما في البستان من نوعه) أى: من نوع الحَبِّ المشتدِّ (كالشجرة) إذا بدا صلاح بعضها كان صلاحًا لجميع نوعها، كما تقدم.
