(ومن باع رقيقًا) عبدًا، أو أَمَة (له مال ملَّكه) أي: الرقيق (سيده إيَّاه) أي: المال (أو خصَّه به، أو) باع رقيقًا (عليه حَليٌ) كأساور، وحياصة (فمالهُ وحليه للبائع، إلا أن يشترطه) المبتاع
