(الثاني) للسَّلَم: (أن يصفه) أي: المسلَم فيه (بما يختلف به الثمن) اختلافا (ظاهرًا) لأن السَّلَم عوض يثبت في الذمة، فاشترط العلم به، كالثمن، وطريقه: الرؤية، أو الصفة، والأول ممتنع، فتعين الوصف.
