(و) إن شرَطه (إلى العيد، أو) إلى (ربيع، أو) إلى (جمادى، أو) إلى (النَّفْر) من مِنًى ونحوها (مما يشترك فيه شيئان) كالنَّحْر (لم يصح) السَّلَم، حتى يعيِّن أحدهما؛ للجهالة.
