كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن جاءه) أي: جاء المسلَمُ إليه المسلِمَ (بالمسلَم فيه في مَحِلِّه) أي: وقتَ حلول أجله (لزمه) أي: المسلِم (قبضه، كالمبيع المعيّن، ولو تضرَّر بقبضه) لأن الضرر لا يُزال بالضرر.
