(وإن تفرَّقا) عن المجلس بعد قبضه (ثم علم) المسلم إليه (عيبه فردَّه، لم يبطل) السَّلَم (إن قبض) المسلَم إليه (البدل في مجلس الرَّدِّ) إقامة لمجلس الردِّ مقام جلس العقد.
