كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(و) يصح (عكسه) أي: عكس قبض الوكيل من نفسه لنفسه (وهو) أي: عكس قَبْض الوكيل من نفسه لنفسه (استنابة من عليه الحق للمستحِقِّ) في أخذ حقه، بأن يوكل المدينُ ربَّ الدَّيْن في قبضه له (وتقدم) ذلك (آخر) باب (خيار البيع (٢) .
