(قال ابن رجب (٣) : إذا لم يكن) المدين (عيَّن له) أي: لربِّ الدين (وقت الوفاء) فيقوم تعيينه مقام المطالبة عنده (ويأتي) ذلك (أول الحَجْرِ) بأتم من هذا.
