(فأما) الرقيق (المُعلَّق عِتقه بصفة) بأن قال له سيده: إذا جاء وقت كذا، فأنت حرٌّ (فإن كانت) لصفة (توجد قبل حلول الدَّين، لم يصح رهنه) لعدم إمكان بيعه عند حلوله (وإلا) توجد قبل حلوله (صح) رهنه لإمكان بيعه،
