(ولا) يصح أخْذ الرهن (على دَيْن كتابةٍ) لعدم وجوبه. (و) لا على (جُعْل في جعالة) قبل العمل لعدم وجوبه. (و) لا على (عِوض في مسابقة قبل العمل) لعدم وجوبه، ولا يتحقَّق أنه يؤول للوجوب.
