(ومن خرج إلى أرض) أي: مزارع، ومحتطبات (بلده لحرث، أو صيد، أو احتطاب، ونحوها) كأخذ حشيش، وكما لو خرج لحصاد ودياس ونحوه (حمله) أي: الماء معه وجوبًا (إن أمكنه) حمله، لأنه لا عذر إذن في عدم حمله، والواجب لا يتم إلا به
