(ولو أذن) الراهن للمرتهن (في قَبْضه) أي: الرهن (ثم تصرَّف) الراهن (قبلَه) أي: قبل القبض (نفذ) تصرُّفُه (أيضًا) لعدم اللزوم بعدم القبض.
