(ولا يحتاج) لزوم الرهن إذًا (إلى أمر زائد على ذلك) أي: على العقد، كمضي زمن يتأتى قبضه فيه (كهِبة) أي: هبة إنسان ما بيده، فإنها تلزم بمجرد العقد، ولا يحتاج لمضي زمن يتأتَّى فيه القبض، لما تقدم.
