(وحكمه) أي: حكم العدل أو المُرتَهِن (في البيع) للرهن (حكم الوكيل في وجوب الاحتياط) على ما سيذكره في الوكالة؛ لأنه وكيل. (و) حكمه أيضًا حكم الوكيل في (المنع من البيع بدون ثمن المِثْل وغير ذلك) مما يأتي تفصيله
