(ولا) رضا (المضمون عنه) قال في "المبدع": بغير خلاف نعلمه؛ لحديث أبي قتادة، ولأنه لو قضى الدَّيْن عنه بغير إذنه ورضاه، صح، فكذا، إذا ضَمِن عنه.
