(وإن ادَّعى ألفًا على حاضر وغائب، وأن كلًّا منهما ضامن عن صاحبه) ما عليه (فإن اعترف الحاضر بذلك) أي: بأن عليهما الألف، وبالضمان (فله) أي: للمدَّعي (أخذ الألف منه) لاعترافه له به أصالة وضمانًا
