(وإن نوى) استباحة ما يتيمم له (وأمر وجهه على التراب) ومسحه به، صح. (أو) نوى ثم (صمده) أي: وجهه (للريح، فعم التراب) الوجه (ومسحه به صح) التيمم، إذا أتمه؛ لوجود المسح بالتراب الطهور بعد النية، كما لو صمد أعضاء الوضوء بعد نيته لمطر، أو ميزاب، حتى جرى الماء عليها.
