(فإن كان) ما على المكفول به (دَيْنًا مؤجَّلًا فوثق ورثته) أي: الكفيل (برهن) يُحرز (أو ضمين) مليء، لم يحل الدَّين قبل أجله (وإلا) يوثقوا بذلك (حلَّ) الدَّين، لما يأتي في الحَجْر.
