كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان الخشب، أو الحائط) الَّذي بناه على ملك غيره (قد سقط فصالحه) صاحب الحائط (بشيء على أن لا يعيده) أي: الخشب، أو البناء على الحائط (جاز) لأنه ملك المنفعة، فجاز له الاعتياض عنها.
