(وأيهما) أي: أيُّ المستويين (أبي) بناء السترة مع جاره (أجبر) عليه (مع الحاجة إلى السترة) لأنه حق عليه، لتضرر جاره بمجاورته له من غير سترة، فأجبر عليه مع الامتناع، كسائر الحقوق.
