(ولو انهدم سُفْلٌ) لإنسان، و (عُلْوُه لغيره، انفرد صاحب السُّفْل ببنائه) لانفرداه بملكه (وأُجبر) صاحب السُّفْل (عليه) ليتمكن صاحب العلو من انتفاعه به.
